“Hotsauce of the Month” is a new feature in Drop Zone LA covering the local hot babes.
Drop Zone LA’s featured model for “Hotsauce of the Month,” Kaylee Grannis, was born and raised in the South Bay. As the granddaughter of legendary photographer Leroy Grannis, Kaylee is both surf royalty and part of a family that has been local to Hermosa Beach for five generations.
Kaylee is a beauty who loves to surf and rips equally on a skateboard. When there’s a good swell, she can be seen surfing her beloved Torrance Beach. But don’t categorize her as just a surfer/skater.
“I love to read, play guitar and sing,” she said. “I also write poetry.”
In the future, she plans on following the path of becoming an EMT. She is currently enrolled in courses and maintains a high GPA while working fulltime as a waitress.
“I really want to simply help people,” Kaylee said. “I want to make the world a better place.”
