+ Niemann rejoins Terranea Real Estate
Terry Niemann is rejoining Terranea Real Estate, where she spent eight years helping to sell out Terranea’s developer owned villas and casitas. After Terranea sold out, Niemann joined the real estate team at The Residences at Rolling Hills Country Club, which has now sold out its 114 new homes.
As director of sales, Nieman will expand Terranea Real Estate’s sales and listing services to the greater Peninsula. Its office will remain at Terranea Resort to better serve resort guests who are interested in purchasing a home on the Peninsula.
