It’s the antithesis of dining at most places in Hermosa – quiet, dark, and elegant while the pier places are loud and bright; gracious and informed by tradition while others are brusque and modern. The menu here does change with the times, though some items have been there for 37 years – items like the pasta fagioli soup and lobster angel hair pasta have stood the test of time. The Bottle Inn is an outpost of classic cuisine that continues to please with the real taste of Italy and outstanding service from people who know their stuff – and given the modest prices for most items, this is elegance on a budget.
