NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE HARBOR COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF REDONDO BEACH ON THE FOLLOWING MATTER. Â ANY AND ALL INTERESTED PERSONS MAY APPEAR AND BE HEARD.
SUBJECT OF THE HEARING: Â Consideration of an Exemption Declaration, Conditional Use Permit, Harbor Commission Design Review, and Coastal Development Permit to allow the installation and operation of screened, unmanned wireless telecommunication equipment on an existing 4-story building on property located within a Coastal Commercial (CC-4) zone, within the Coastal Zone.

HEARING WILL TAKE PLACE: Â Monday, December 8th, 2014 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council Chambers, 415 Diamond Street, Redondo Beach.
CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT: Â The project is Categorically Exempt from further environmental review, pursuant to Section 15301 of the Guidelines of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Â The case file containing the plans and applications may be reviewed in the Planning Division, located through Door E of the Redondo Beach City Hall, 415 Diamond Street, Redondo Beach from 7:30 am to 11:30 am and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Â City Hall is closed every other Friday. Â City Hall will also be closed Wednesday November 26th, Thursday November 27th, and Friday November 28th, 2014 for the Thanksgiving holiday. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Oral testimony will be received during the public hearing. Â Written correspondence may be delivered to the Planning Division office at 415 Diamond Street Door E, Redondo Beach, Ca. 90277 by 5:00 p.m. the day of the public hearing, December 8, 2014.
If you challenge this matter in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Harbor Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
APPEALS: Â Â All decisions of the Harbor Commission are appealable to the City Council. Â The decision of the City Council on the Coastal Development Permit is further appealable to the California Coastal Commission.
