Notice is hereby given that the City of Redondo Beach publishes below its list of unclaimed Waste Management Plan Performance Deposits that have been held by the City for three or more years. If said funds are not claimed by May12, 2014, forty-five (45) days hence, these funds will become the property of the City of Redondo Beach in accordance with California Government Code Section 50050.
Any unclaimed funds may be released to the depositor by submitting documentation proving compliance with the diversion requirements of the Construction & Demolition Recycling Program to the City of Redondo Beach Public Works Department. For an appointment, please call 310-318-0686, extension 4193.
