Being a beach community, it’s fitting that Spyder Surf won “Best Men’s Clothing” for the fourth year in a row. Surf fashion is something that will never go out of style and epitomizes the South Bay lifestyle.

“New products are always in and we’re about fresh new clothes,” Spyder Surf manager, local ripper, and team rider Chris Broman said. “We specialize in local brands like Hippy Tree, Matix, Misk, but also carry the major brands, like Hurley, Rip Curl, Volcom, and Vissla.”

Behind the enormous selection of clothing is a knowledgeable staff.

“We have hot local surfers like Codie Stamis, a  multiple winner of the South Bay Boardrider Surf Club contest, ripping skateboarders Mason Silva, and others,” Broman said. “In the past pro surfers Greg Browning and Kelly Zaun worked the floor.”
