Firefighters Chili Challenge For Charity. The Elks Lodges of South Central Coast District (Santa Monica, Culver City, Westchester, Redondo Beach, Torrance and Gardena) are coming together to host our annual Fire Fighters Chili Challenge where each invited station competes against each other for charity. 8 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Westchester Elks Lodge, 8025 W. KIDS COMMUNITY
Cancer Support Community, Redondo Beach presents a program for kids who have a close friend or family member with cancer. Led by Natalie Weinstein, kids will take part in playful Yoga poses, animated breathing exercises and imaginative relaxation. 2 – 3:30 p.m. 109 W. Torrance Blvd., Redondo Beach. CHILI

The winning station’s chili will choose the charity where the proceeds are donated to. There will be a People’s Choice winner so come out, enjoy the music, food, raffles and vote for your favorite chili! A donation of $10 includes lunch and the tastings. BABY BOOT CAMP
Just in time for summer, South Bay Galleria and Baby Boot Camp have teamed up to bring local moms a summer fitness program that will help them get fit, lose the baby weight and get ready for the beach season. The new Baby Boot Camp summer program will take place every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9 – 10 a.m. in front of South Bay Galleria’s Nordstrom, on the lower level of the shopping center.

I WORKOUT
Zumba in the Park every monday. Alta Vista Park, 801 Camino Real, Redondo Beach. Officially titled “Beach Cities Free Fitness Series,” the public workouts are held each Monday at 6:30 p.m. All members of the public are encouraged to attend this free workout.
