“The Live Art Series” is set to take place on seven successive Saturdays through May 24 at the Frame & Art Dept., 950 Aviation Blvd., Suite D, Hermosa Beach. There will be a live demonstration by a different artist each week from 12 noon to 5 p.m. This Saturday’s featured artist is Iola Scott, and her painting is shown here. Other artists currently scheduled for the weeks ahead include Cie Gumucio, Robyn Feeley, Pat Woolley, Val Simon, Sandra Chu, and Debra Flores. The work will then be on view in the gallery.
