Fresh Brothers offers pizza with a thick or thin crust, topped with healthy vegetables or with a vast pile of meat, and of course they offer a variety of sizes from individual to a pie that will feed a small army. This locally owned chain has taken off, going from one location in Manhattan Beach in 2008 to 11, with locations as far north as Westlake Village. In June, you’ll be able to get one last slice at LAX before leaving their market. The menu has broadened, too, and includes vegan snacks, meatball sliders and salads

Fresh Brothers lives up to their name with their dough and spicy, richly herbed sauce made daily and locally, which is not the case at certain big chain pizza companies we won’t name. The item that started as a simple snack in Naples is a meal of baroque complexity on our shores, and whether you prefer traditional or bizarre, Fresh Brothers has a pie for you.
