Robin Finn, author of Restless in L.A. visits {pages} on Thursday, March 16 at 7pm.

Restless in L.A. is a work of fiction inspired by the author’s personal experiences as a mother struggling to maintain a balanced family as well as her self-identity. The story brings to light the needs of parents of children with special needs that are all too often forgotten, while entertaining the reader with a scandalous and exciting romance shrouded in personal turmoil. As a writer, Robin’s personal essays prompted floods of emails from parents with similar struggles.

Inspired by their experiences arguing with schools, contending with judgy parents and stressful marriages, and intrigued by a study linking social network sites and marital infidelity, Robin wrote this debut novel.

Robin Finn, MPH, MA, is an ADHD warrior, spiritual seeker, mother of three, author, essayist, advocate, and coach. She spent years advocating for a twice-exceptional child before she began writing about it. She lives with her spirited family, writes, and searches for inner peace in Los Angeles (no pun intended). RSVPs appreciated.  Call 310-318-0900 or email info@pagesabookstore.com.
