Join the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy for a series of fascinating presentations on topics including local paleo history, the importance of honeybees in honor of National Honeybee Day and more hosted by experts at the White Point Nature Preserve in San Pedro. On June 24, Austin Hendy, an Invertebrate Paleontologist with the National History Museum of Los Angeles County will discuss the local paleo history about the diversity of fossils and mollusks and how they present in local habitats and ecosystems.
