Life Lab was founded by Tristan Coopersmith to be a sanctuary just for women with both group and individual classes designed to ignite creativity, mindfulness and soul work.
They have an amazing event coming up on Monday, September 25th at 7:00 – 8:30PM called L.E.A.P. – ‘Living Empowered, Awakening Purpose’. The goal for each L.E.A.P. event is for women to dream, think outside the box, and find their spark that will allow them to innovate change and growth in every aspect of their lives, whether it be business, creativity, philanthropy, relationships, and more!
There will be four amazing speakers, all local women who have made brave leaps in their lives and aim to inspire others by sharing their journey with others.

The event is $20 per person and 100% of the proceeds are donated back to GirlTalk Network, a national (and soon to be global) effort to encourage, inspire and support women in their growth and truth.
