In homage to the original 60s surf crew of 22nd st, popular subjects for the legendary Surf Photographer Leroy Grannis, Brent Broza of Broza Photography, Tyler Surfboards, and Maki Skateboards  planned a morning of fun and surf at this heritage point of surf culture. Congregating in front of the Green Grocery Store on Hermosa Ave and 22nd st., the faction of stoke enjoyed fun three to five foot waves riding equipment appropriate to the era. DZ

Like a cover model of Tiger Beat magazine, Gilberts strikes a pose.

Going for broke, Hatzikian stretches into the next section.

Adrienne walking into familiar territory, the Nose.

Twinkling a few toes, TYLER tips out before throwing a cutback

Gathering a group of surfers is no Garden Party for a photo shoot especially when the surfs up.

The Boss, Tyler, in the shoptruck, a 1960 El Camino.

Siordia taking time between shots to pull a few turns on on his Maki Longboard.

Adrienne hangs a few painted toe nails off the tip.

With a grin from ear to ear, Tyler enjoys the inside.
