NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF REDONDO BEACH ON THE FOLLOWING MATTER. ANY AND ALL INTERESTED PERSONS MAY APPEAR AND BE HEARD.
SUBJECT OF THE HEARING: Consideration of an Exemption Declaration and amendment to an existing Conditional Use Permit to allow the extension of hours of operation for a fitness facility within an existing commercial building on property located in a Pedestrian-Oriented Commercial (C-2PD) zone.
LOCATION OF PROPOSED PROJECT: 2415 ½ Artesia Boulevard, Redondo Beach. (Legal description on file)
HEARING WILL TAKE PLACE: Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council Chambers, 415 Diamond Street, Redondo Beach.
CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT: The project is Categorically Exempt, pursuant to Section 15301 of the Guidelines of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
