Roadium Open Air Market provides a plethora of goods to consumers.

Located on the hallowed grounds of an old outdoor movie theater and open 365 days a year; the Roadium’s 15 acres of shopping offer customers new and used merchandise from clothes and shoes to spools of thread and fishing gear. On average you can always expect at least 500 sellers offering their merchandise.

“I like to walk around and we always get something,” said Miguel Romo, a customer at the swap meet from out-of-town. “We usually get clothes or shoes and we always get candy for the kids.”

The vendors don’t stop at just clothes and shoes. If you’re looking for any kind of make-up at discounted prices, or you feel the need for a gun holster or doll house – you can find those things at the swap meet alongside pots, pans and other household appliances.

Joel Loera, a CD vendor from Music Works sells CD’s from every genre. “Some old ones, some new ones — we have a good amount. We have a little bit of everything,” he said.

Be sure to keep your wits about you and don’t get too turned around and miss the best part – the food vendor stands. They have some of the best tacos in the area, and amazing smoothies. If you are surrounded by stalls and your tummy is grumbling, just follow your nose to the best kept secret in the South Bay.
