Best of the Beach logoWhite House Pilates – Before opening White House Pilates in Hermosa Beach two years ago, Caroline Londergan was the first to introduce Pilates to members of The White House, the United States Secret Service, and the Washington D.C. SWAT Team. This year, the majority has spoken, marking White House on their ballots for best Pilates studio in the South Bay.

Londergan “believes there is nothing more rewarding than seeing her clients achieve profound physical changes while grasping the miraculous mental connections of the mind and body working harmoniously.”

The studio is dedicated to providing customers with the most challenging and personalized workouts available. The studio’s Pilates Reformer Class size is small and guarantees individualized attention from instructors to ensure high quality instruction, proper technique, and faster results.

“In just a few sessions you will see and feel a difference,” the studio’s website reads. “When done consistently you will have a whole new body.”

Sessions are designed to make workouts fresh and innovative and to deliver optimal results and fitness with day-to-day activities so customers can feel confident, capable and excited to add movement to their lives. Each session is customized to meet personal goals and abilities. Private and semi-private sessions are available. Customers who bring a friend get a free class for both people.
