These workouts will run from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. Mon.-Fri. March 27-April 7, at the Urho Saari Swim Stadium, 219 W. Mariposa Ave., El Segundo, CA 90245.
Not a morning person? Please join us for a night swim from 8 to 9 p.m. Mon. and Wed. March 27-April 5, at Redondo Union High School, 1 Seahawk Way, Redondo Beach, CA 90277.
