Following a 2 year hiatus, Ieshia Alley and Sandy Pampadimitrious revived the SBYC for its 3rd year in 2016. Originally founded by Jules Mitchell in 2012, the two partnered to Direct this health & wellness festive conference. They dreamt of creating a place and way for people in the health & wellness community to meet and connect. “We wish to introduce the South Bay community to the vast array of wonderful and easily attainable options of health & wellness in our area,” says Sandy. As a Hermosa resident since 1996, Sandy is a well involved community member and believes that, “the care of our ecological surroundings directly impacts our biological and spiritual spaces, and I hope to help educate our community in the true meaning of happy & healthy living.” Co-Director, Ieshia is a 900-hr Experienced Yoga Therapist and studio owner. After a Thyroid Cancer diagnosis in 2004, she dove head first into natural healing; learning Ayurvedic medicine and the benefits of mantras, chanting and energy. She championed, becoming a published author, wellness guide and spiritual manager to many who faced issues like her own.
