Silvio’s Brazilian BBQ to hold B.Y.O. BURGER (Build Your Own Burger) Contest
As the contest aims at increasing awareness of May – National Hamburger Month
Silvio’s Brazilian BBQ is proud to announce their contest tagged B.Y.O. Burger (Build Your Own Burger) Contest. The event is envisioned to increase market presence in the burger loving community by promoting May is National Hamburger Month in the Los Angeles community. Another primary aim of this contest is to celebrate the upcoming summer BBQ season and the health influence of grilled food, creative BBQ Burgers, and community involvement in Hermosa Beach, CA.
The winner of the contest will be crowned “Silvio’s Burger of the Month”. In addition, the winner of the contest will also get their burger on Silvio’s Menu for the following month and equally gets to name the Featured Burger. More so, the winner of the contest will be entitled to $100 Gift Certificate to Silvio’s Brazilian BBQ, Hermosa Beach restaurant or catering services.
About the Contest
Contestants will be invited to participate in the “B.Y.O. Burger” contest at Silvio’s Brazilian BBQ by means of social media and email. Potential contestants will send their pictures and recipes of their “BEST BURGER” via Social Media (Twitter: @SilviosBBQ, Facebook: @SilviosBrazilianBBQ, Instagram: @SilviosBBQHB, Pinterest: @SilviosBBQ), or email info@silviosbbq.com. One (1) contestant a week will be chosen and invited to prepare their burger at Silvio’s Brazilian BBQ restaurant in Hermosa Beach, CA. on May 30th at 6pm. Contestants must bring their own spices, sauces, toppings, and any special bun/roll/bread. All condiments must be unopened and new; produce will be inspected for freshness along with any other toppings by a certified food handler. Meat will be provided by Shamrock Foods and Silvio’s Brazilian BBQ. Judges will pick the Best Burger based on juiciness, flavor, and originality. Winner will have their burger featured as the “Burger of the Month” for the following month, name the featured burger and win a $100 Gift Certificate for Silvio’s Brazilian BBQ in Hermosa Beach, CA.
