Santa needs help… spread the word!
History-Chosen by the LMB class of 2017, the class project, Save Santa’s Float, will both improve the structure and modernize the annual neighborhood holiday float to enhance family experiences through photo opportunities, seating, lighting, and updated technology, all while maintaining the integrity and nostalgia that has been part of the community for over 60 years. The project is scheduled for completion by May 2017, and its ultimate success will be determined by how much support we receive from leaders and businesses in our community such as yourself. 
Action-These FOURTEEN stores in Downtown Manhattan Beach are pitching in to help Save Santa’s Float.
All stores on this list have agreed to donate10% of your total sales, on Monday, 2/27 to the Leadership Manhattan Beach Class of 2017 project, Save Santa’s Float.  
Please join us in spreading the word! (Attached) find an Instagram image and another image for FB and newsletters. 
The more we all talk about this the better! If you are at a loss for words, here are a few ideas:
  • The Santa Float Needs You! Join us in restoring a beloved part of our community. Shop with us on Monday and we’ll donate 10% of ALL sales to the cause. #savesantasfloat
  • The Leadership MB Class of 2017 class project is to restore the Santa Float. After years of bringing joy to the community, its time for some serious TLC. Shop with us on Monday and we will donate 10% of sales to the project. #savesantasfloat
  • Reindeer without tails is like a kiss without a hug.. help us restore the Santa Float! Shop with us on Monday and 10% of sales will be donated to help restore the Santa Float. #savesantasfloat
