 Redondo Beach will observe Memorial Day 2017 at the Veterans Memorial
 in beautiful Veterans Park by the Redondo Pier at 1 PM on Monday,
 the 29th of May.  The solemn observance will include reflection and
 remembrance, music, commentary and honors to all those members
 of the armed forces  who paid  the ultimate sacrifice in our nations wars.
  Memorial Day is a time to honor the fallen….
 

   Keynote speaker is Redondo Beach resident,  Command Chief Master Sergeant Craig Hall, United States Air Force

  Local elected officials and military dignitaries will also participate

 
 

  The U.S. Army Recruiters,Redondo Union High School Marine Corps Junior ROTC,

  the Naval Sea Cadets and Boy Scouts are supporting Memorial Day.

  The service will be followed by a BBQ picnic sponsored by the Redondo Elks
  Lodge #1378 in the Elks parking lot south of the Lodge next to Veterans Park.
  The BBQ is free for all veterans and members of the military,police officers and firefighters.
