Advanced Care Planning for Smarties

Torrance Memorial Medical Center and Caring House host “Advanced Care Planning for Smarties” classes. The series of five classes will cover topics such as the Advance Directives document, the role of the Agent and other important, but tough to discuss end-of-life, subjects.
