( March 17 , 2017) – Cancer Support Community Redondo Beach (CSCRB) will host Pamela Penson, PhD, on Friday, April 28, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at 109 West Torrance Blvd., Redondo Beach. The pressure of stopping unhealthy behaviors can take precedent from facing the truth about fighting cancer, when both cancer and addiction are present. The purpose of this presentation is to understand the truth about the complexity of this duo, learn coping mechanisms as well as adapt a new perspective needed to navigate through the duality of this challenge.
