March with Santa in Manhattan Village’s annual parade at 9 a.m., then visit with Santa and Ms. Clause participate in holiday crafts and face painting from 9:30  to 11 a.m. The Sandpipers Sugar Plum Tree will be accepting gifts for foster children, at Sepulveda Boulevard at Rosecrans Avenue.
