The guy wouldnt leave...
A man refused to leave a local sandwich eatery after loitering there for nine hours late last week. When it was time to close the shop for the night, employees managed to coax the man outside, locked themselves in the store and called the police.
The suspect proceeded to bang on the door, urging to be let in once again. Police ordered the suspect to remove his hands from his pockets and lie on the ground. When he refused to comply despite repeated commands, police fired rounds from a beanbag shotgun to stun him into submission. When it became clear that the suspect was not armed, the officers rushed him, then detained him. Later it was learned that the suspect had violated parole.
