New Bar: The Purple Orchid Tiki Bar, has recently opened at 231 Richmond Street, El Segundo. Owners David and Rebecca are emphasizing specialty drinks served in ceramic "bamboo" mug-cups that can also be purchased for home usage and a Hawaiian Islandy décor. They serve no food, a la Southwest Airlines, but allow you to bring in anything you want, (except maybe a live pig for roasting), or order in.
