COINS IN A FOUNTAIN: Pennies in a fountain will help fulfill the wishes of ArtsManhattan grant recipients. Manhattan Village Shopping Center marketing director Margo Heltzel scooped up over $1,000 in coins from the center’s fountain and donated them to the arts education foundation this week.
