Dog's life
A homeless man accompanied by a pit bull terrier caused a disturbance at the North Redondo branch of the public library. Police officers found the man and his dog near the corner of Blossom and Artesia. The man ran into a fast food restaurant and wouldn't exit the building when the officers requested that he leave. Finally the man walked out and tried to slip though the officer's grasp. The man broke free of one officer before he was subdued and arrested. ER
