Master planning
The Manhattan Beach Coordinating Council will hold a luncheon Thursday, Oct. 19, with guest speaker Susan Gilmore discussing the master plan for expansion of LAX. Tickets are $13 in advance, $18 at the door. For reservations call Kathy Davis 545-9795.
Freaky Friday
The Manhattan Beach Parks and Recreation Department Teen Center is going to "Knott's Scary Farm" on Friday the 13th. The trip departs at 5:30 p.m. from Parks and Rec Teen Center. This event is for MB teens in grades 6-8. For reservations and ticket information call 802-5425.
