Volunteers needed
Volunteers are needed to help set up booths, distribute water, etc., at the Mattel Corporate Headquarters in El Segundo for the Annual 5K "American Heart Walk". The booths will feature brochures on healthy dining, health screenings and business expo. Volunteers need to be on site by 7:00 a.m. 212-5009.

Show off your car
You're invited to the VW Off-Road Car Show at SCAT INC, 1400 Kingsdale Avenue, Redondo Beach, from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Car entry is $15 per car, walk-in donation $2 per person.
