NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach shall hold a public hearing on Tuesday,March18, 2014, to consider the following:
1. Conditional Use Permit, Precise Development Plan and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map No. 72604 for a two-unit residential condominium project at 1111 17th Street, and determination that the project is Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (continued from the February 18, 2014 meeting).
SAID PUBLIC HEARINGS shall be held at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254.
ANY AND ALL PERSONS interested are invited to participate and speak at these hearings at the above time and place. For inclusion in the agenda packet to be distributed, written comments of interested parties should be submitted to the Community Development Department, Planning Division, in care of City Hall at 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254 prior to Thursday, March 13, 2014, at 12:00 noon. All written testimony by any interested party will be accepted prior to or at the scheduled time on the agenda for the matter.

The City of Hermosa Beach is accepting applications to fill an unscheduled vacancy on the HERMOSA BEACH PUBLIC WORKS COMMISSION.
Applicants must be qualified electors of the City of Hermosa Beach. The vacancy to be filled is an unexpired term ending October 31, 2016.
The filing deadline for applications is 6 p.m., Monday, April 14, 2014; postmarks not accepted.
