NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF REDONDO BEACH ON THE FOLLOWING MATTER.  ANY AND ALL INTERESTED PERSONS MAY APPEAR AND BE HEARD.

SUBJECT OF THE HEARING:  Consideration of an Exemption Declaration, Conditional Use Permit, and Planning Commission Design Review to allow a minor expansion to the north of the existing mortuary structure (funeral home) on property located within a Commercial (C-2) zone.

LOCATION OF PROPOSED PROJECT:  901 Torrance Boulevard, Redondo Beach. (Legal description on file)

HEARING WILL TAKE PLACE:  Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council Chambers, 415 Diamond Street, Redondo Beach.

CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT: The project is Categorically Exempt, pursuant to Section 15301 of the Guidelines of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
