It can’t come as much of a surprise that the South Bay’s most stylish hotel serves a brunch to reckon with. The Zinc Lounge has all the standard items made with the highest quality ingredients – organic eggs, Nova Scotia salmon, Nueske’s bacon, and heirloom tomatoes from the farmers market. What might surprise you is their reinterpretations of classic dishes – the Eggs Manhattan, crabcakes or smoked salmon topped with spinach, poached eggs, and Hollandaise sauce, is a Benedict like you’ve never had it before. Or consider a kid’s favorite like eggs in the hole made into a grown-up’s delight with a topping of asparagus salad – it works amazingly well. Add in a mimosa or BLT Bloody Mary and you have the height of style – South Bay style, that is.
