The Comic Bug, 1807 Manhattan Beach Blvd. in Manhattan Beach, will host a free, all-ages show starting 7 p.m. sharp on Saturday, Jan. 15, featuring up-and-coming area bands.
Cab 20 of El Segundo has a sound that recalls 70s garage rock with monster riffs and jagged vocals that belie their youth (Cab20music.com). The Cosmonauts, from Orange County, play trance-pop, and the two-piece Undercolor from Redondo Beach — guitarist and singer Kaleb Davies with drummer Derrick Marzano — will kick off the show with primal blues-stomp.
